Welcome Unit #4

Some days ago I found another CD555 Sound Machine on an online flea market in Austria. Yes, call me crazy but I had to buy it. On the picture it looked as it would working, also the Lady who sold it said it is working. I was sceptical because this would have been the first unit I have seen which is working.

However, when she handed me over the Sound Machine (without speakers) on the street and said she is selling it for her brother it was clear that it is not working. People really thing others are stupid. Of course hand me over the machine on the street so I cannot check if it is working. And selling it for her brother means she is not responsible. Why can people not be fair. No problem if it is working or not since we can repair it. And it ws so cheap that I had to buy it anyway.

Of course a single look at th rear side shows that screws are mixed up and the machine was already opened. Let us hope the best that the owner has not destroyed more that what was already broken. I will take care of it after I have finished Unit #3 but as far as I can tell there some other issues and this might gets interesting.

Btw. I also got a resin printer now and will do some experiments with a new gear for Unit #2. There are also some other tasks pending. Never done this before, let’s see how I mess up…
